Biomass Open Day in Hillsborough

The Agri-Food and Biosciences Institute (AFBI) in Hillsborough will hold an Open Day in the Environment and Renewable Energy Centre on Thursday 30th September 2010

AFBI and CAFRE staff will be present at the demonstration points to give the latest information on the growing, managing, storage and utilisation of the range of biomass crops which can be grown locally and to discuss the practical issues based on their own experience of working with the crops over a number of years.

Tours will run throughout the day.
