DARD Publishes CAP Reform Response

Following the recent public consultation on the EU Commission’s CAP reform proposals post 2013, DARD has published their response to the proposals.

The document directly addresses the Commission’s proposals, outlining particular concerns, but also offering constructive suggestions, both in terms of improving the focus of the proposals and, importantly, in seeking to achieve significant simplification.
