DARD Consultation on EU Commission Communication: The CAP towards 2020

The EU Commission has published a Communication entitled ‘The CAP towards 2020: Meeting the food, natural resources and territorial challenges of the future.’

The paper sets out the Commission’s initial thoughts on the future of the CAP and paves the way for formal legislative proposals which are expected to be published around July 2011.
